A breathtaking location, seen on every postcard. As its name suggests, this restaurant is perched on a rocky outcrop close to the shore, and can be reached on foot at low tide, and by boat at high tide. The trendy atmosphere, with sofas on the terrace facing the lagoon, makes it an ideal spot to sip a cocktail. Inside, the food is worthy of the place, with noble ingredients (lobster, slipper lobster, squid, octopus...). To enjoy this privilege, you'll have to pay the price and make a reservation. Otherwise, just come for a drink (no reservation required).

Ca ne vaut pas le détour
Nous y sommes allés exprès, la nourriture italienne est originale mais très très chère. Boire un cocktail sur la terrasse suffirait. Pensez à y aller à marée haute car sinon ça perd tout son charme.

Ce restaurant posé sur un rocher a une vue magnifique et une belle carte de plats italiens assaisonnés de produit locaux. Je le recommande mais attention à l'addition. Vous pouvez les contacter pour un taxi qui viendra vous chercher à votre hôtel.

Lieu exceptionnel nous avons fait 1h40 de route de Nungwi jusqu'àu restaurant, mais ça vaut la peine. Nous avons très bien mangé le rumsteck mariné au gengembre et romarin une vraie délice, la languste bonne mais sans plus. Note très salée

Just arrived in Kenya and Zanzibar. We had this restaurant in the same beach as that of our hotel: Karafuu Beach Resort and therefore we went there for lunch this last Wednesday (August 31st, 2016). The views are spectacular, the cuisine is excellent and the prices are a little high but it is worth it.
