Hotel - restaurant tout droit sorti d'une carte postale ! Dernier établissement avant d'entrer dans l'outback, il donne un petit air d'autrefois, surtout de l'extérieur.
Les plats sont bons, mais tout de même assez onéreux.
Il est tout de même indispensable de goûter l'autruche, le chameau et le kangourou !
