I called 3pm asking for a taxi 6:45. The woman confirmed the cabs. By 7:25 - still no taxi.
I ended up paying a man on the street to drive me.
For years they have been arrogant, rude and overpriced.
It’s now time to introduce Uber .
I would give -5 * if I could.
Fire all the Admin.
We pay a lot of money to life in this city- sort it out!
