This small fishing village is located on the western coastal edge of San Antonio Bay. The Spaniards landed here on January 17, 1779, the day of San Antonio de Abad. However, it was not until 1905 that the town was officially established. Rich of its port activity, San Antonio also benefits from virgin beaches with rough reliefs. From Las Conchillas to La Bomba, sea wolves sunbathe and play with the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. Covered with shells and fine sand, the lonely beaches of San Antonio invite to beautiful walks and the observation of migratory birds.
