Braised in front of the establishment, the smell attracts customers and the meat is delicious. There are many other Vietnamese dishes on the menu, including recipes based on goat's meat, which is also braised on certain days. To make matters worse, the welcome is pleasant, the owner speaks fluent French and is very friendly, and the prices are reasonable.
