For many, Tijdok is above all the best fish soup in the region! Chef Marianne Pauwaert prepares it according to her own recipe, which won her the competition for the best Flemish fish soup. She prepares it with common whitefish, red gurnard and common pout... and a good dose of talent! The freshly caught fish is cooked in the traditional way, offering a bouquet of flavors such as fried cod fillet or shrimp cocktail. An address much appreciated by the locals.
