This is the Hop and Beer Center, a museum dedicated to the sacrosanct national drink, in Poperinge, the capital of this perennial plant! Here you can discover the origins of hops, their plant cycle, how they are harvested and their various applications. Authentic tools, historical documents, photos, models and audiovisual displays illustrate the history of hop growing. The didactic circuit inside the museum is organized in the image of the plant snaking around its thread. A different beer is featured each month.
