L'Auberge du Côteau is a must when visiting the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The two young chefs who took over the establishment in 2022 offer delicious cuisine typical of the Burgundy region: escargots, oeufs en meurette... Meat is a real specialty here. Cooked over a wood fire in the restaurant's beautiful fireplace, they are accompanied by a local wine carefully selected by the chefs. The meat can be Angus, Baltic Black or even Japanese Wagyu, and can be shared when substantial!
