Restaurant offering regional cuisine and an attractive daily menu in Villars-Fontaine.

L'Auberge du Côteau is a must when visiting the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. The two young chefs who took over the establishment in 2022 offer delicious cuisine typical of the Burgundy region: escargots, oeufs en meurette... Meat is a real specialty here. Cooked over a wood fire in the restaurant's beautiful fireplace, they are accompanied by a local wine carefully selected by the chefs. The meat can be Angus, Baltic Black or even Japanese Wagyu, and can be shared when substantial!

Whouaa, quelle belle table. Voici un restaurant qui vaut le détour. Les viandes sont cuites au feu de bois, selon la cuisson demandée. Les autres plats sont pleins de saveurs et très biens préparés. Les vins proposés sont du village même où alentour. Service très agréable et rapide, la salle est très belle également. Ne changez rien ????

Superbe adresse invité pour le déjeuner, très bien accueilli dans un cadre champêtre. Viande suculante avec frites maison, le dessert un baba au rhum à tombé.... je reviendrai sans aucun. Doute.

Une première visite réussie. Une cuisine bonne et vraiment généreuse. Le personnel jeune est vraiment à l écoute du client.
Je recommande l adresse vue le niveau de remplissage de l établissement, il faut réserver pour pouvoir manger.
