This magnificent brasserie is located in the foyer of the theatre on the first floor. Take a seat in the room with its authentic and warm atmosphere, or on the terrace if the weather permits, with a breathtaking view of Saint-Bavo Cathedral and the belfry. On the kitchen side, the boss is committed to working with fresh seasonal produce. Everything is homemade. The menu includes a delicious Flemish carbonnade à la Gentse Tripel, a Charolais beef tartar "with a knife", French fries and salad, a beautiful wing of skate with capers or kidneys (a specialty). Vegetarian dishes and beautiful salads will delight the undecided. We appreciated the beautiful choice of wines in a pleasant quality/price ratio. It should be noted that it is possible to have a drink on the terrace outside of restaurant hours when the weather is fine. Among the most beautiful addresses in the city.

Le serveur vous décrira la composition des plats si vous ne comprenez pas le flamand.
Très belle vue depuis la terrasse sur la Cathédrale St Bavon et le Beffroi.
Seul le cadre vaut la peine.
Je vais souvent au restaurant , mais j' ai rarement vu ça!
