Le Bourgogne Hotel is a small, charming hotel, 15 charming and comfortable rooms waiting for the visitor who can only spend an excellent moment in this very family atmosphere. Well maintained by Gildas Letard, the senior professional professional in the hotel business, you can be satisfied. Practice can be lunch or dinner on site with specialities, including Charolais beef that gave its name to the restaurant and that it serves as a person. But this is only a small overview of the chief's know-how; in his den, he tailors grills, roasts, family dishes as you like.

Chambre très correcte avec terrasse très calme sur l'arrière de l'hôtel.
Déco rustique de la salle du petit déjeuner ça plaît ou pas (ce n'est pas important)

Petit déjeuner copieux (je ne comprends pas certains commentaires)
A part si on confond le repas du midi et le petit déjeuner ce qui est proposé pour 12 euros est plus que correct.

Hôtel dans le cœur de Saulieu. Chambre d'un charme suranné, très simple. Gros bémol des cheveux dans la baignoire, escaliers pour accéder à l'hôtel et aussi aux chambres.
