Chef Louis-Philippe Vigilant succeeds Patrick Bertron after fifteen years spent between Saulieu and Dijon, where he earned a star at Loiseau des Ducs. Si la perfection existe, c'est bien au relais Loiseau que nous la trouverons. J'ai un amour inconditionnel pour cet établissement dans lequel je me rends une fois par an depuis quelques années. Le chef, la carte, le personnel, et bien sûr Madame Loiseau font un travail remarquable. Une parenthèse dans le temps, c'est ce que je ressens à chacune de mes visites, la prochaine est prévue pour le 8 mai, j'ai hâte! Merci.

We had decided to celebrate getting the Ferry from our son and the anniversary of our daughter by offering us a moment of exceptional in this large house. From Alsace, including Madame. Loiseau..., we can say that we were conquered. What strikes above all it is the reception, the spirit of expensive innkeeper with Bernard Loiseau was really maintained and one immediately feels at home. No matter what some say "blasé", the classic menu remains a reference and enchanted us all along... dishes certainly simple but a perfect execution. A special mention for m. Antony Aguera, for his kindness throughout the evening with the following day for this delicate attention after the visit to the garden. Bravo also with all the team that can go down what would have written a culinary critic in the past in connection with a lack of soul. Thank you with m. Bertron for this friendly moment shared kitchen (in a surprise that was reserved to us at the end of the meal)
Our children were conquered and keep long in memory of this exceptional and conviviality. We can only recommend this large hotel which searches for a restaurant 3 Michelin stars and wish to spend a memorable.
