La Kanopée is a micro-brewery born from the passion of Thierry Kniebiher. The bar-terrace area adjacent to the brewery allows visitors to taste the beers on the premises. A total of 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. In addition to this quality range, Thierry creates new recipes according to the season or his inspiration of the moment. For 2025, Kanopée is releasing Roggenbier, a beer with a pronounced Bavarian accent that succeeds in releasing rustic rye and fruity yeast notes.
