Restaurant offering affordable gourmet cuisine in Saint-Seine-l'Abbaye.
Le Relais de la Source, created by Ahlame Buisard-Hajjami in 2020, immediately established itself as one of the finest gourmet restaurants in the Dijon region. The dining room in the former outbuilding of the Saint-Seine abbey and the tables set in the shady courtyard all contribute to the desire to discover the talents of the kitchen team. The 2 to 7-course menus are deliciously crafted from noble, local produce, with the majority of ingredients sourced from the Côte-d'Or region. The wine list is comprehensive, with a suggested wine and food pairing by the glass.
