Le Montrachet is a 19th century inn located in the heart of the village of Puligny-Montrachet. It offers beautiful and comfortable rooms equipped with television, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. The hotel also has a restaurant where the refined and authentic cuisine is prepared with quality local products. You can taste Charolais beef, pike-perch from the Saône, pigeon in a cereal crust... The menus change every season in order to correspond to local productions. Moreover, their sommeliers will be happy to recommend you food and wine pairings. A great address to discover!

We arrived in the late morning on our bicycles in light rain. The staff was extremely gracious in helping us get the bikes stored (and in my case, charged).
We had lunch and dinner the day of our arrival and breakfast here the following morning. Lunch and dinner were from the set meals (“menus”).
I do a lot of high-end travel in the French countryside. This is one of the best places ever to experience the best France has to offer.
Others have described the food so I don’t need to repeat that here. What I will say that, given the extraordinary quality of, well, everything, the price is very fair.
