MUSEUM OF DECORATIVE ARTS

Here is a small museum that would gain to be known, it is established in a building dating from the 18th century. A rich collection of Tournai porcelain is on display, including pieces from the service commissioned by the Duke of Orléans and decorated with birds illustrated in The Natural History of Birds by the famous French naturalist and academician Georges Buffon (1707-1788), as well as goldsmith's pieces, communal seals and coins minted in Tournai.
