In this award-winning gastronomic restaurant, housed in an old barn next to the family farm, Stéphanie Thunus combines audacity and in-depth knowledge of the products. After brilliant classes at the hotel school of Namur and at some of the big names, here is this lady chef at home, with her willingness to offer an original reduced season menu. Like this sweetbread from the Limousin with parsnip, wild mushroom croquette and liquorice sauce. At his side, his companion Sébastien, as a butler, shares his passion.

Entrées et plats très bons. Dessert décevant car peu onctueux. Accord vins et plats (5) correct. Prix élevé cadre agréable. Restaurant à découvrir une fois mais sans plus.

Nous y sommes allé deux fois, et à chaque fois, l'émerveillement ! C'est notre resto préféré en Belgique (bon, on ne les a pas tous essayé, loin de là). Nous faisons avec plaisir les 50 kms avec GPS !! pour y arriver. Mais quelle joie de savoir que ce sera parfait. Restaurant étoilé avec une ambiance qui n'est pas guindée. Le personnel est plus que parfait. La présentation des plats est un plaisir Il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix mais assez pour que tout le monde trouve son bonheur. A chaque fois, nous avons pris le menu Lady Chef 2014 et tous les plats nous ont laissés bouche bée. Un régal pour les yeux et pour le palais !
