Surfing on the bistronomic wave, Fabian Santi revisits local products, reworked according to the seasons. Some dishes are even finished the old-fashioned way, with cutting, presentation and flambéing in the dining room! A table of suggestions completes the menu, including vegetarian dishes. There is also a menu of small meals, drinks (Belgian beers in particular) and a tea-room for gourmet afternoons. The Tri-Marrants is "green", it practices selective sorting and composting. The panoramic view of the lake is breathtaking.

Mismatched that the sly little minx offers this restaurant because except for the view it must be said exceptional, the rest does not follow… Either we fell bad day (Father's Day), or is custom to offer a menu by table without possible choice at a high enough price for a quality that we would have liked to be taller… we tried and was disappointed…

Bizarre que 3 mois après votre visite vous publiez votre avis, membre depuis janvier 2016, un seul avis, une critique sans fondement ni jugement, déjà publiée sur un autre site pour "pseudo-critique gastronomique", avis publiez à 5h10 du matin ... une frustration, une envie de nuire ??? Nous ne pouvons pas plaire à tout le monde, surtout au vu de notre succès ... D'autres restaurant seront heureux de vous accueillir ( et encore)

Habitant à une vingtaine de kms et allant très souvent dans les bons restaurants du coin,nous avons découvert cet établissement au cadre enchanteur.
Le rapport qualité-prix est tout à fait correct.et la cuisine est à la hauteur avec de très bons produits frais.
La carte assez étoffée pour combler les goûts de chacun.
Le personnel serviable,souriant et très pro.
En conclusion ;nous y retournons ce week-end en famille après y avoir été à deux en "éclaireurs".

tri funny step! Lies with rehearsal on the products (p; e.g. to go from the grey for of Tavel), limiting reception (to be nice), excessive prices, bluff on all floors: the lakes deserved better! In short, weigh anchor to get to other more honest sky!

Monsieur Dehaye, et oui sous votre pseudo on sait qui vous êtes ... ... Qui est le menteur ????, nous ne possédons pas de Gris de Gris à notre carte ... Nous mettons les bouteilles de vins à table....
Vous parlez d’honnêteté... nous nous portons garants de la nôtre... la preuve nous laissons votre post.... les "Vrais" Clients se feront un avis en découvrant notre restaurant ....
