The Hôtel de la Halle in Nolay was taken over in June 2023 by the Coupry family, originally from Normandy. After several years in the restaurant and accommodation business in Canada, they decided to breathe new life into the establishment by creating a boutique selling local products (wines, beers, crafts, Normandy calvados) and a tearoom open on weekend afternoons in season. A successful gamble! The hotel offers 14 rooms, a T2 apartment, buffet breakfasts in the dining room or on the terrace, as well as brunches every other Sunday and group meals by prior arrangement.

Fijne tussenstop vanuit het zuiden trrug naar huis ....
Etwas gewundert haben wir uns über das Verbot auf den Zimmern zu essen oder zu trinken (ausgenommen Wasser). Ich weiß nicht wie ernst und streng das gehandhabt wird.

Das Abendessen war in Ordnung, aber etwas lau gewürzt, was aber natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Kein Stellplatz für PkW vorhanden aber unweit entfernt, viele kostenlose Parkplätze da.
Alles in allem zu empfehlen.
