Chef Christophe concocts an outstanding fish matelote, which won a gold medal at the Concours de la meilleure matelote d'Alsace. Minute-caught trout from the fishpond or fried carp fillets with semolina are just as tasty. As for desserts, the quetsche tart and the famous kougelhopf glazed with Alsatian kirsch are a must!
