Located on the northern coast of the Arousa river, this small seaside town offers the opportunity to visit the Torre de Bermudez (Bermudez Tower), which houses a museum dedicated to the Spanish novelist Ramon María del Valle-Inclán, a native of the area and a great lover of this region. It is also the ideal starting point to climb to the top of the Curota. It is located 10 km from the town and reaches 498 m. It gives access to the Mirador de la Curota. There you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the four rivers. On a clear day, the view extends from Cape Finisterre to the Miñho River. Also in the Curota Valley are the natural pools of the Pedras River, formed by the river in the rocks.
