Le cadre est sympa, les propriétaires et serveurs très avenants. Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqué, c’est sans conteste la nourriture… Le paleron confit est un régal pour les papilles. La tendreté de la viande, et surtout les jus qui l’accompagnent sont d’une richesse et d’une puissance peu commune. De plus, le prix est tout à fait correct eu égard à la qualité des plats servis.
