Chepu is a small village still wild and little visited by tourists. Located southwest of Ancud, on the banks of the Chepu River, which flows into the Pacific Ocean, the area is full of little-explored natural treasures. Chepu means "meeting place" in Mapudungun language. You will indeed realize that here, nature has given appointment to many different wonders: sand dunes, primary forest, train tour, boat navigation, submerged forest, lagoon, cliffs, shipwrecks, long white sand beaches and islands populated by penguins... This small paradise is one of the hidden corners of Chiloé: to discover!
