Following or cutting the bed of some wadis. The village, the white limestone formations mark the entrance to the Hanlé plain. 40 000 years ago, this vast expanse constituted with the plain of Dobi (Galafi region and Ethiopia) a very long lake. The Hanlé plain was once used by many nomads, most of whom are now settled in Dikhil (in particular). The landscape changes completely, the road follows the plain framed by various reliefs.
