Chef François Pelletier has made his mark in the Abbaye de la Bussière, founded by Cistercian monks in the ^12th century. Named 1131, in homage to the date of its foundation, this Michelin-starred restaurant is full of surprises. Like a stroll through the region, the 4 or more courses on the seasonal menu are a true gustatory voyage. Succumb to the turbot with girolles sauce or discover the rare hare à la royale. The dishes live up to Burgundy's reputation. A culinary marvel in an enchanting setting!

I read the text of this restaurant petitfute.com, me desire for even testing by me. With our friends, we loved: the magnificent setting of the former abbey and small pond, but especially delicious cuisine from the starter to the dessert (especially quail with delicious sauce, accompanied by a super Mercurey 2007, thank you the sommelier!). The restaurant room is really worth a visit.

I recommend those that me including very good food!
