West of the Eyre Peninsula and 45 kilometers northwest of Port Lincoln, it's a picturesque coastal village offering excellent opportunities for deep-sea fishing and sailing. Its population, usually just 650, welcomes over 4,000 visitors a day in season. Here you'll find succulent oysters and scallops, among other delicacies. To the west, the town joins Coffin Bay National Park, a haven for many animals, including seabirds. Stroll along the seafront on the Oyster Walk, amid cliffs, sand dunes and marshes.
