This small village of just over 5,000 inhabitants enjoys a pleasant location on the banks of the Terengkara. It has made a specialty of eagle hunting. Several families have competition eagles, and Berkutchi knowledge is passed down from father to son. The small museum provides an opportunity to learn more about this traditional nomadic practice, but the appeal of the trip also lies in the possibility of staying in the village for a few days to immerse yourself in the hunters' way of life and, why not, make friends with a few of them and join in a hunting party when the season arrives.
