By discovering the location of Le Babylone, located in the middle of Acacias, you will think that the address seems a bit common. Yet once you descend a few steps, you will enter another time-space: in the basement, with arches, stony colonnades, the room that you have has everything to take you to the heart of the Middle Ages. Recognising the uniqueness of the place, the address has chosen to strengthen its impact: vintage chairs with triangular top, candle lighting or dim light in the evening, cut-stone fireplace, ceiling worthy of the place, the setting has everything to disorient you and make you lose track of time. But this is not the only charm of the establishment, apart from the great carte of meat and fish, the restaurant offers its great specialty: chicken in salt crust (marinated or stuffed). Cooked according to this special process that ensures a smooth meat, the chicken melts in the mouth of lovers. Once per night during an astonishing ceremony, the salt crust is broken before you, and the chickens prepared by expert hands will end up in your plate and that of your neighbour. A show in itself that proves the exceptional skill of the servers and the boss, and the curl of smoke surrounding the large plate of poultry.
