A true old Carouge bistro, legendary for its authenticity, L'Aigle d'or welcomes you in its updated setting, since the arrival of the new management in February 2013. Chef André Mulato, who has been cooking for more than 28 years, will tell you with a smile as generous as his cooking: "here you feel like you are between Lyon and Venice". Excellent accueil, très sympa et souriant. Jolie salle, pas trop bruyante alors que c'était presque plein. Les tables sont un peu rapprochées les unes des autres mais personne juste à côté de nous donc nous ne nous sentions pas serrés. La cuisine est très bonne, seul bémol un peu cher...
