Head for rue de la chouette to visit the Fallot mustard shop. The house in Beaune offers you the opportunity to discover how mustard is made, using a traditional process: the mustard seeds are ground on a stone millstone. Twice a month, the millstone on display is used to prepare an authentic Dijon mustard before your eyes. Linger at the mustard bar where you can discover the most fashionable mustards. A surprising, interactive space that mixes tradition and modernity. If you have the time, take a trip to the head office in Beaune.

La meilleure moutarde
Très jolie boutique où on peut déguster les moutardes avant de faire son choix parmi plusieurs recettes. Et à des prix vraiment raisonnables pour de bon produits.
