Fancy a bistronomic lunch with an optional view of Dijon's most beautiful square? Then head for L'Hémicycle, David Boxberger's restaurant. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy either the sunny terrace or the warm, cosy interior of the restaurant. On the plate, however, nothing changes: traditional dishes, 100% homemade and prepared with fresh ingredients. Our favorite: bœuf façon bourguignonne, pressé de boeuf, carottes pommes de terre sauce vin rouge! In short, you can come to L'Hémicycle just as much for a glass of wine and an aperitif as for dinner.
