A kitchen full of finesse.
Carine and Julien Burdin welcome you to their restaurant which opened in August 2020. On the terrace or in the beautiful vaulted room with exposed stones, it is a real invitation to culinary pleasure. Seasonal products compose the dishes without neglecting the aesthetic aspect to sublimate the flavors. Chicken supreme in yellow wine sauce or rump steak of Charolais beef, we are pleasantly surprised by the accompaniments: celeriac purée, honey-glazed carrot, gnocchi and spinach. As for the wines, we find the best of our regions.
