After Paris and Besançon, L'Alsacien has just conquered Dijon. A restaurant with an original concept that defines itself as a flammekueches bar. On the menu, a good choice of flambéed tarts to share is offered with classic recipes and others more original, salty as well as sweet. We recommend the Traditional one, generous and creamy as you wish or the Gratinée for a touch of cheese. The good atmosphere is assured thanks to Valentin's team: welcoming, friendly and attentive. A good evening in perspective!
