Restaurant offering an Italian speciality in Dijon.
Olive green front, contemporary furniture and neat decoration, it moves at 2 place Emile Zola! An Italian perfume signed Marc Legendre, who recently opened this new street-food bakery dedicated to focaccia. Foca what? An Italian speciality cooked here with flour, extra virgin olive oil, natural leaven and Guérande salt, focaccia is a generous and airy dough, baked in the oven. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, the bread is fragrant and generously garnished with fresh ingredients, straight from La Botte (olives, cheese and charcuterie) or from local suppliers (vegetables and fruit). To eat on the spot or to take away.
