It is in a luminous room facing a large terrace that Chloé Winkleman graciously welcomes us. The service is well done and the menu is bistro style, which will suit the most hurried. We fall for the Burgundy snails marinated in Chablis, the beef fillet and its morel sauce or the duck breast. Generous plates, deliciously tender meat, crunchy fries... A flawless performance in every respect! The small wine list offers a choice from the main wine regions of the country.
