The Col de Jaman and its famous tooth rising up to 1,875 m is a hike not to be missed. In summer, you can reach the pass via Caux or Les Avants. Take the Montreux exit, follow Chamby-Les Avants and continue towards the pass (4.5 km from Les Avants). Or, from Glion-Caux, continue towards the Col de Jaman from Les Hautes de Caux (8.5 km). In winter, the road is closed to traffic. You can reach it by train from Montreux, Jaman stop (trains every hour, duration 45 minutes) or from Les Avants station, then by snowshoes or ski touring (ask about conditions before leaving).
