To the east of Puerto Maldonado, the Río Madre de Dios runs deep into Peru's Amazon rainforest, before crossing the border into Bolivia. At the bends of the river that flows towards this neighbouring country, one finds a wild land populated with exotic animals and plants. Beautiful lodges that have been established on the banks of the river allow a total immersion in this green lung. In general, they each manage a concession dedicated to ecotourism to preserve their territory and its biodiversity. For adventure lovers, nature lovers and to discover the local fauna and flora, the experience is incredible!
