On the road to Urubamba, 17 km from Písac, this large town has little of interest, apart from the Inca walls that are visible from the road itself. The village of Calca is less open to tourism than its neighbours, so one often passes a road to one destination or another without stopping there. There are a few country restaurants at the entrance and exit of the village and a few lodges made of natural materials along the Urubamba River below the village. Let us point out however an optional stop, but very interesting at the exit of the village to the Inkariy museum which plunges you into the pre-Columbian cultures.
