Hein Hatseva Junction is an important road crossing between the very beautiful route No. 227, which allows to reach Dimona and Sheva via the Small crater (Mahtesh Hatsera or Hamahtesh Hakatan), the Large crater (Mahtesh Hatira or Hamahtesh Hagadol), and the superb Aqrabbim Ascent (or Montée du Scorpion, a very hilly stretch of road over several kilometres); and Highway No. 90, which runs along the Jordanian border of Eilat, to the south, at Lake Tiberias in the north. There are two points of interest, a few metres from what was the kibbutz Ir Ovot.
