The beautiful copper cauldron in the middle of the restaurant is used to heat the milk for the weekly raclette production. Don't miss this sharing of know-how on weekends. Here, you're greeted in traditional costume and served with a smile, in keeping with the simple character of the people of the Pays d'En Haut. Cheese is served as fondue, homemade röstis, raclette and crust. The chalet soup and desserts are homemade. A real treat!
