Low season 01/01 to 28/03 and 04/11 to 31/12: 10am-1pm and 2pm-5.30pm. Sundays and public holidays closed. Mid-season: from 29/03 to 07/06 and from 23/09 to 03/11 from 9:30am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm and 5:30pm on Sundays and public holidays. Wine sales 15-17/11/24 10am-6pm. Closed January 1, 2025 and December 25, 2024 - Closed at 5pm on December 24 and 31. Store and online reservations. 2nd tourist information point Rue des Halles opposite Hôtel Dieu - Hospices de Beaune.

Un systeme de consigne serait un + !

Tres bon accueil l'office de tourise, ou nous avons bien été conseillé. Un système de consigne serait utile pour deposer ses bagages, que ce soit a la gares sncf, a l'office de tourisme ou dans un lieu specifique en ville (en particulier pour les cycliste, sachez que la visite des hospices ne propose pas de vestiaire/consigne).

Super accueil, plein de brochures utiles et surtout la possibilité de réserver pour des dégustations ou visites avec un prix spécial, sans contrainte particulière. On est loin du modèle des cartes de visites où il faudrait pouvoir tout regarder au pas de course pour imaginer rentabiliser l'offre : ici on est gagnant à chaque visite.
