Chef Christophe Bocquillon's restaurant in Beaune with terrace, cosy chic atmosphere, lounge areas, tapas.
Christophe Bocquillon kept his star for 7 years at the Jardin des Remparts before renaming his restaurant Garum. The bourgeois house retains the charm of its woodwork, the chic atmosphere of its intimate rooms and its large shaded terrace with a lounge area and tapas. Everything is truly 100% homemade, right down to the vinegars and charcuterie matured in the cellars. We love the Charolais tartar and its fries cooked in beef fat, the meats and fish to be shared cut in front of you, and of course the Garum sauce inspired by Roman cuisine.

Low season : open from Tuesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. High season: Monday to Saturday lunch and dinner. Menus from 45 € to 49 €. Reception of groups (reception of groups). Terrace.
