This Japanese restaurant deserves your attention for its delicious and soothing meals. The Asian decor and the serene atmosphere soothe the senses. The chef mixes flavours and textures to obtain delicate dishes. The presentation is always sublime, even impressive at times: plates decorated with real orchids, dishes under aome, smoke drifting with grace and lightness… Besides being superb, the dishes are delicious. Three menus are available on the menu and perfectly adapted to your needs. The first one, "Au fur et à mesure de nos envies", mixes Japanese culture and French culture with a broth of truffles and mushrooms from elsewhere, but also with the beef fillet in thin slices and panfried foie gras with soft boiled egg sauce. A Japanese menu is also available with a poached cod piece with bacon and miso soup and a free range chicken in yakitori. Even the Charolais beef is revisited in an exceptional way! Finally the "Vite et Simplement" menu has nice surprises when you are in a hurry but still want to eat well. The terrace behind is a small peace haven surrounded by bamboo. This place run by Mr. Zhao and his team will delight you! Besides, there is a takeaway service. A place where quality and Zen spirit remain.
