Bordered to the north by Akamina-Kishinena Provincial Park and Waterton Lake, a dozen large lakes and more than 700 smaller ones make it a true natural paradise. With a length of 16 km and a depth of 141.40 metres, McDonald Lake is both the largest and deepest of the park's water features. At high elevations, the mountain lakes form photogenic moraines. The largest waterfalls are concentrated in the Two Medicine area, McDonald Falls, McDonald Valley and the Many Glacier area. Don't miss the magnificent Bird Woman Falls, a powerful 150-metre curtain. It's easy to spend two to four days here, while enjoying the hiking trails.
