the "People of the Hill and the River ", on the banks of the Gatún River, is an Embera and Wounaan community of some twenty families who came from the Darién in the 1970s in search of better living conditions, with access to health care and education. You're invited to discover their way of life: music and dance, fishing, cooking, medicinal plants, botanical trails (bring walking shoes or boots) and bathing in nearby rivers and waterfalls, natural jagua tattoos and handicrafts ( cocobolo, tagua, basketry...). The meeting point for access to the community is the same as for neighboring Emberá Querá.
