It is the second largest wine producer on the island. It combines varieties such as Monastrell, indigenous, and Fogoneu, native to Mallorca, with French varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The varieties are harvested separately, except for Fogoneu and Monastrell. The grapes are harvested by hand. The grapes are then pressed and stored in stainless steel tanks. The liquid is pressed a second time before the malolactic fermentation process.
