If we had to recommend only one in Es Castell, it would be this one... This restaurant is one of the best places on the island to enjoy paellas, arròs caldós and caldereta. With its traditional decoration and its typical small terrace facing the sea, Trébol is the place to have dinner! Trendy in spite of itself, the Trébol even reserves the privilege of having refused a table to the designer Valentino (at least that's what we were told!), one evening when the restaurant was crowded. VIP or not, book at least 2 or 3 days in advance!
