It is the third largest island of the San Juan archipelago but also the least spectacular of them. There are not many tourist activities on this peaceful island, which is rather oriented towards agricultural development. Lopez Island remains very popular for lovers of the little queen because of its flat countryside and small hills. The inhabitants are known to be warm and very hospitable. Lopez Village is the liveliest place on the island with many cafes and good restaurants, bookstores, art galleries and other attractive little shops. You can visit the first vineyards of the San Juan Islands, Lopez Island Vineyards, at the exit of the village near the terminal.
