The N1 that leads to Médéa goes up the oued Chiffa through the forest and the park. In the gorges of the Chiffa, the numerous waterfalls running down the slopes of the Atlas offer beautiful swimming opportunities. One will note the presence of the old railways which joined Algiers to Djelfa in the past. The stream of the Monkeys is the most picturesque part of the gorges. You will have the chance to see many monkeys that have taken up residence in the woods surrounding the stream.
