"Bless you," one might be tempted to say! Machtum is a very charming winegrowing village, situated on a sharp bend in the Moselle, with several estates open to visitors. It has the reputation of having a vineyard with full-bodied wines, ripening faster than the others. Thanks to its exceptional geographical situation and the beauty of its landscapes, it is probably one of the most photographed villages in the Luxembourg Moselle (if not the whole country!). The spectacular meanders of the river can be seen from the self-pedestrian path that starts in the center of the village and forms a 4.5 km loop
