Travel Guide Kompong Trach

The region is beautiful. This is a little Along bay in Cambodia, land version. A multitude of rocky outcrops covered with vegetation dotted a plain in innumerable rice fields: the vision of "Dragon Teeth".We are a few kilometres east of Krong, close to the Vietnamese border, not far from Ha Tien and the archaeological site of Oc Os, the first major shopping city created at the time of Fou-Nan. Yet the Vietnamese have not yet opened up this sector to tourism, as this border is also a traffic area.Since the Rénovation trail was renovated, access is not a problem. We must also know that Kompong Trach village is perfectly ugly (a long huts street of huts in planks) and that only the surrounding countryside is beautiful. Many caves also in this region, some would have served as shelters for the population during the Khmer Rouge. But beware of mines that could be nearby.Kompong Trach is also an important shopping centre where excellent items are produced.
